Stephen Jacobs

Steve spent the first part of his professional career utilizing his qualifications in Organisational Psychology working as a Capacity Building consultant, specializing in Youth Development, Leadership Development, Teambuilding, Communication and Life Skills. He then offered his services as a Sustainability specialist, educating companies on how to reduce their Ecological Footprints.
More recently Steve began offering his expertise in Home Renovations and specialized tile cutting services. He started Living Space Enhancements in 2017 as a sister company to TAPS Tile Cutting Studio, and with his dedicated and loyal team has built both these businesses up to be offering a sought after professional service to an extensive and growing client base.
Steve has a reputation for being completely customer focused, a man of integrity and someone who is completely trustworthy with a very high standard of delivery.
Steve is married, has 3 sons, all university graduates. He is a veteran cyclist, animal and nature lover.

Aeysha Hartzenberg

Aeysha acquired her management and organizational skills when she started working in their family businesses straight after school. Although it comes naturally to her, she has honed her excellent communication skills, exceptional customer service and multi-tasking over the years.
In 2013 Aeysha joined Steve Jacobs and the new TAPS Tile Cutting team, and has been instrumental in building the business. Her role grew into fabrication and quality control manager as the client base grew into the thousands. Aeysha has always had an eye for color, design and artistic arrangements and, as her experience has developed, she has grown to love the industry.
It was natural for her to move into her new role of Operations Manager when Living Space Enhancements was formed in 2017. Her role includes marketing, procurement, client liaison, design consulting, managing the artisans, finances and quality control.
Aeysha is a woman of faith and an indispensable, key member of the team. She has the unique ability to make everyone feel confident that everything will turn out as intended, and always goes out of her way to make sure it does.
